Since I'm seriously photographing I always stumbled over words like "Patagonia" or "Atacama desert" without knowing anything about both spots, not even knowing where they are located.

But when I did see pictures of both places I knew, that one day I need to visit them... and so we finally did.

Unfortunately we hadn't enough time for both, so we began with the Atacama desert, in the very north of Chile.

In our time schedule of about 6 weeks we experienced so many adventures, that at the end we needed recovery from this recovery-trip.

Wildfires, a car fire, adventures in the Atacama desert, questionable beach-experiences and much more we can live of for the next decades.
